The best way to use Nicotrol gum is to follow this method:
1. Chew only one piece of gum at a time until the taste becomes strong
2. Rest the gum between the gum and the cheek
3. When the taste fades, recommence chewing
4. The chewing routine should be repeated or 30 minutes
The dosage of Nicotrol gum that you take will vary depending on how reliant you are on smoking. In a standard 12 week program, it is recommended that you choose either the 2mg or 4mg depending on your habit.
