Free shipping is available on all orders within the continental U.S. You can pay extra for express shipping and have it delivered in 2 days.

Shipping Information:

Need it urgently? Order by noon, Monday to Friday, and we'll ship it out the same day. Orders placed after noon, on weekends, or during public holidays will be dispatched on the next business day.

Delivery Timeframes:

  • Free Standard Shipping: Expect delivery within 3-5 business days. *80% of standard orders are delivered in two business days.
  • Paid Express Shipping: Guaranteed delivery within two business days, or your money spent on shipping will be refunded.

Although we aim for deliveries to arrive within 3-5 business days, carrier services may vary. Rest assured, we guarantee the successful delivery of all orders.

Due to increased demand, please allow an additional 3-4 days for delivery during peak holiday periods. We appreciate your understanding and patience during this time.

Proof of Issue

For returns due to damaged or incorrect items, please provide a photo of the issue to substantiate your claim and to speed up the resolution process.



Processing Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your returned items, we'll promptly notify you via email and begin processing your refund. Typically, refunds are processed within 2-3 business days upon receipt of your return. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account.
