We offer Free Shipping within the Continental US.

** Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, please allow a 3-day handling time for all orders. We do hope your order will then arrive in 3-6 business days after we ship it out, however, there may be some delays due to carrier overload. We appreciate your patience during this time.**

We also offer same-day shipping so your order should be on its way to you TODAY (if purchased before 12pm Monday through to Saturday, or the next business day after weekends or public holidays).

You will receive an email notification as soon as your order is on its way to you.

Our expectation is that your order should be with you within 3 working days. However, on occasion, this may not happen due to circumstances beyond our control.

We guarantee the delivery of all orders, so should you have any problems or unacceptable delays – please feel free to contact us.

If you would like this product shipped to a location outside of the US, please contact us.

If you need your order delivered to Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico – we are happy to do this, but unfortunately there will be a $10 postal surcharge added to your order cover the additional shipping costs involved.

Please be aware: the outer packaging of the products can be fragile, and may be damaged during shipping. However, the contents should be damage-free. We guarantee the quality of the products we sell – so if the contents are damaged, please contact us immediately so we can arrange a replacement.

Po Boxes – Please note we do not deliver to PO Boxes at this time.


If for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase in any way, you may return your goods to us free-of-charge, for a full refund.

Any products returned must be unused and in original, unopened, undamaged and resalable condition.

In order to arrange a return, you must contact us at within 7 days of receiving the goods. If the return is due to damage or receipt of the incorrect product, we will ask that you accompany your claim with proof of the problem.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received you return item, and the status of your refund.

Refunds will be processed as soon as possible usually within 1-2 working days, but please allow up to 5 working-days for it to appear on your statement.
